- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise application development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Pega Platform / Pega PRPC.
- Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
- Strong understanding of Pega workflows, case management, case lifecycle, and business rules.
- Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
