The Role

• Perform image-guided radiation therapy (IGRT) utilizing modern techniques for precise treatment.
• Administer stereotactic radiation therapy with high accuracy to minimize impact on surrounding tissues.
• Conduct intraluminal, intracavitary, and interstitial brachytherapy, ensuring patient-specific treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, medical physicists, and fellow technologists.
• Contribute to a high standard of care in a specialized oncology setting.

What You'll Need

• Completed and state-recognized training as a Medical Technical Radiology Assistant (MTR/MTRA) or equivalent, with current radiation protection expertise (StrSchV).
• Ideally, some prior experience in radiation therapy.
• A passion for the profession, coupled with an empathetic and patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
