We are seeking an experienced BDM to join the sales team at ConnX Pty Ltd, a leading provider of innovative human resource information systems (HRIS). You will play a crucial role in driving new business development and expanding the company's client base within the HRIS domain.

What We're Looking For
  • Top Performer: A high achiever on a growth trajectory of their career, with proven success in critical aspects of the sales process. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with decision makers.
  • Self Starter: Motivated and eager to learn, with a proactive approach to fully understanding and immersing themselves in our HR software solution. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results oriented mindset.
  • Established Network: Strong business connections across Australia, with the ability to leverage existing relationships to drive sales.
  • Industry Experience: Expertise in HR and HR solutions with a focus on mid to enterprise businesses. Substantial experience (5+ years) in new business development, specifically in the HRIS or HR technology sector. Strong technical understanding of HRIS solutions and the ability to translate complex features into compelling business benefits.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities for the company's HRIS solutions.
  • Managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their unique needs and requirements.
  • Providing expert consultative advice and demonstrations of the company's HRIS offerings.
  • Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets.
  • Continuously expanding your knowledge of the HRIS market and industry trends.
