Job description

Lead customer implementations of the ARC Facilities software platform from kickoff through deployment and adoption. Travel extensively to customer sites to assess facilities, organize and validate building information, configure the platform, train users, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure successful launches.

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer implementations from kickoff through deployment and adoption.
  • Develop project plans, coordinate activities, and communicate timelines, deliverables, and status.
  • Manage multiple implementations and serve as the primary customer contact.
  • Conduct on-site building and campus walkthroughs to identify assets, infrastructure, and critical facility information.
  • Verify building plans, maps, equipment locations, and facility documentation; organize and prioritize records.
  • Configure the ARC Facilities platform, recommend information-management practices, and train customer users.
