We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated ICT Support Technician Apprentice to join a busy and growing operations team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience whilst working towards a nationally recognised Level 3 apprenticeship.

You'll support office-based colleagues and field engineers across the UK, developing practical skills in IT support, communications systems, networking, cloud technologies, and customer service. Throughout your apprenticeship, you'll receive structured training, mentoring, and support to help you build a successful career in technology.

What You'll Be Doing

As an ICT Support Technician Apprentice, you'll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operation of the business and wider engineering teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing general IT support for office and field-based teams.
• Building, configuring, and troubleshooting laptops and other devices.
• Delivering 1st and 2nd line helpdesk support.
• Supporting networking, communications, and cyber security systems.
• Assisting with server, cloud, and data centre technologies.
• Providing remote and on-site technical support when required.
• Maintaining and updating user accounts, systems, and records.
• Supporting project managers and engineers with operational activities.
• Helping to ensure customer issues are resolved within agreed service levels.
• Learning and supporting a variety of business applications and third-party systems.

• Complete a Level 3 Information Communications Technician qualification.
• Attend regular training sessions with your training provider.
• Build a portfolio of practical work and technical knowledge.
• Receive ongoing mentoring and support from experienced professionals.
• Gain exposure to networking, cyber security, cloud technologies, telecommunications, and technical support.
