Role Overview: As a Clinic Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a smooth and efficient registration process. You will support patients, medical staff, and clinic personnel by managing patient check-in, check-out, insurance verification, and financial discussions. Your role is vital in creating a positive patient experience and maintaining the clinic's operational flow.

What You Will Do:
- Greet and check in patients, verifying their information and insurance coverage.
- Handle patient check-out, including collecting payments and scheduling follow-up appointments.
- Preregister patients and reconcile charts to ensure accuracy.
- Discuss general financial responsibilities with patients and direct them to the Customer Service Center when needed.
- Work collaboratively with clinic staff to meet patient needs in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Need:
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills, including navigating software, email, and logging in/out of systems.
- Ability to perform calculations and complete forms accurately.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients, visitors, and staff.
- Demonstrated ability to work with detailed information and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with a clinic environment.
