Job Description

Introduction

The Lead Business Process Consultant - ITAM/SAM will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support in Software Asset Management (SAM) to support workshop sessions, refine stories, demo solutions, configure solutions, and provide advisory support. They will work closely with customer process owners, key sponsors, and stakeholders to align current processes towards improvement and recommended ServiceNow leading practices.

Responsibilities

  • Provide prescriptive ITAM/SAM guidance
  • Push back on poor requirements
  • Simplify workflows
  • Create user stories
  • Facilitate the definition and alignment of current processes towards improvement
  • Advise the Product Owner(s) in story creation and refinement
  • Ranking adherence to desired process outcomes
  • Assist in future roadmap planning

Requirements

Required Skills:

  • ServiceNow experience
  • IT Asset Management knowledge
  • Software Asset Management expertise
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to create user stories
  • Certifications:  CSA, CIS - SAM
