Job Description

About the Role

What You'll Do

  • Design and build purpose-specific AI coding agents for supply chain connectivity.

  • Develop and maintain the core infrastructure for hosting and running integrations.

  • Own systems end to end, from the agent platform to the integrations runtime.

  • Make foundational architectural decisions and establish engineering practices as the team grows.

  • Work across both agentic product development and complex infrastructure.

What We're Looking For

  • Two to five years of experience as a full-stack or backend software engineer.

  • Strong TypeScript skills and experience with modern full-stack product development; experience with React, Bun, Effect-TS, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, or AWS is relevant.

  • Hands-on experience building with AI agents or large language models using current approaches.

  • A track record of shipping and owning complex software products end to end, ideally including early-stage startup experience.

  • High autonomy and experience building products or systems from scratch.

  • A degree in computer science or engineering, or an equivalent foundation demonstrated through work.

Compensation & Benefits
