Erzieher oder Heilerziehungspfleger (m/w/d) Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrie | Vogtareuth, Germany | On-site

We're hiring for a leading national healthcare provider with a strong reputation for exceptional patient care and innovative medical research. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of a brand-new child and adolescent psychiatry unit.

The Role

  • Organize and structure the daily clinical routine for patients.
  • Conduct co-therapeutic sessions, building on individual or group therapy themes.
  • Provide direct support and crisis intervention in acute situations.
  • Lead therapy groups focusing on stress management, mindfulness, social skills, and more.
  • Play a key role in the establishment and operation of a new psychiatric unit for young people.

What You'll Need

  • Completed vocational training as an Educator, Therapist for People with Disabilities, or Residential Care Worker (m/f/d).
  • Experience in psychiatry or residential care for individuals is a plus, but not essential.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
  • A respectful, professional, and empathetic approach when interacting with patients and their families.
  • A keen interest in professional development and learning new concepts.
