Clinical Trial Administrator | Biberach an der Riß, Germany | On-site

This employer is a leading pharmaceutical company seeking a dedicated Clinical Trial Administrator to join their dynamic team. The Role

  • Support the planning, management, and steering of timelines, costs, and scope for global supply chain activities of assigned clinical trials.
  • Assist Trial Managers with the autonomous management of the Clinical Trial Supplies Unit (CTSU) trial team within a matrix structure.
  • Aid in the preparation of Clinical Trial Supplies (CTS) documentation and support team meetings with minutes and action points.
  • Administer various systems, including BIRDS, Focus, CES, AC Evaluation and Ordering, and MLT drafting.
  • Process manual shipping requests for bulk shipments, stability samples, and investigational medicinal products documentation.
  • Coordinate manual shipping requests for bulk shipments, stability samples, and sampling documentation for Investigational Medicinal Products.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree with relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Basic project management skills and a strong understanding of applicable US, EU, and international regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and an aptitude for implementing innovative approaches.
  • Proven ability to drive results in a dynamic environment and present proposals effectively.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office 365 and project management software.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) with a willingness to travel.
