Job Description

SAP PP
Richardson, TX 
 
looking for a highly experienced SAP PP-PI & QM Consultant with 10+ years of experience to support S/4HANA post-go-live stabilization and ongoing enhancements. 
The role requires strong expertise in manufacturing and quality processes, deep understanding of SAP PP-PI and QM, and hands-on experience in resolving complex production issues in a high-demand business environment.
 
Key Responsibilities
S/4HANA Stabilization & Hypercare Support
•    Provide post-go-live stabilization support, including incident resolution, defect handling, and process optimization
•    Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring and complex issues and implement sustainable solutions
•    Ensure minimal business disruption by improving system performance and stability
 
SAP PP-PI Functional Responsibilities
Support SAP PP-PI processes including:
Process orders and production execution
Recipe management and process instructions
Planning (MRP, demand planning)
Batch management and production integration
Support manufacturing operations aligned with S/4HANA best practices
Handle production issues and ensure continuity of critical manufacturing processes
 
SAP QM Functional Responsibilities
Configure and support SAP QM processes including:
Inspection planning and inspection types
Quality notifications and defect management
Usage decision and results recording
Batch quality management and compliance
Drive improvement in quality management processes and defect tracking
