Job Description

Job Title: Junior Financial Adviser

Location: St Ives, Cambridgeshire (Hybrid)

Salary: £35,000 to £60,000 plus bonus

Recruit UK is partnering with a well-established independent financial planning and wealth management firm that is expanding its adviser team in Norwich.

We are keen to speak with Level 4 Diploma-qualified financial services professionals, including paraplanners, trainee advisers, administrator, mortgage adviser, who are looking to take the next step into a client-facing financial advice role.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Identify clients' objectives, priorities and attitude to risk
  • Provide suitable holistic financial advice
  • Advise across investments, pensions, protection and retirement planning
  • Work closely with the paraplanning, administration and compliance teams

Skills and experience required:

  • Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
  • Full, clean UK driving license (Required)
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Strong technical knowledge of investments and pensions
  • Comfortable working within a regulated environment
  • Able to commute to the relevant office at least twice per week
