The Role • Operate CNC machines for the mass production of high-precision components for combustion engines and electric drives. • Manufacture small and series parts, performing visual and dimensional checks to strict tolerances. • Monitor the production process, analyze, and resolve minor issues to ensure smooth operations. • Guarantee the quality of manufactured parts and document results in the quality assurance system. What You'll Need • A minimum of a 2-year vocational training qualification in metalworking (e.g., Metalworking Specialist, Machining Technology). • Ideally, some prior professional experience in metal technology or machining. • A meticulous and reliable work approach. • Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to shift work.
