The Role

• Prospect new business and manage assigned leads to achieve sales goals.
• Conduct property inspections to identify pest issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Clearly explain product and service recommendations to customers, addressing all questions and concerns.
• Build trusted relationships with commercial clients by acting as an empathetic problem-solver.
• Utilize provided marketing tools and sales software to drive new business development.
• Uphold company values of safety, professionalism, empathy, integrity, and innovation in all interactions.

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification (company paid).
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and safely access different property environments.
• No prior industry experience required; sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to meet physical demands, including safely using ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in confined spaces.
