We welcome candidates from government agencies, health plans, healthcare organizations, government contractors, and consulting firms.

  • Coordinate staff, subject matter experts, vendors, and stakeholders.

  • Experience managing projects, programs, or operational workstreams.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accountability.
  • Familiarity with at least one Medicaid functional area.

Candidates with relevant leadership experience are encouraged to apply even if their previous title was not Program Manager.

Preferred Experience

  • Work with state Medicaid agencies or Medicaid managed care organizations.
  • Program implementation, process improvement, or systems modernization.
  • Performance reporting and management of government deliverables.
  • Project management credentials such as PMP or equivalent experience.

We welcome candidates interested in full-time employment or project-based engagements. We are recruiting for current and anticipated opportunities; immediate placement is not guaranteed.

Responsibilities, compensation, employment arrangement, and start date will be discussed for each opportunity.
