The Role

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities, as well as manage assigned leads.
• Conduct property inspections to identify pest issues and make strategic recommendations to commercial clients.
• Explain solutions, address customer concerns, and build trusted relationships as an essential partner.
• Achieve sales goals by effectively utilizing marketing tools and sales strategies.
• Maintain professionalism, integrity, and an empathetic, problem-solving approach with customers and colleagues.
• Utilize provided technology, such as an iPad for sales agreements and organization.

What You'll Need

• No prior industry experience required; sales experience is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification (company-sponsored).
• Comfort working independently in the field and interacting with customers.
• Ability to meet physical demands including ladder use, lifting up to 50 lbs, and accessing confined spaces.
