Job Title: Workday Finance/Adaptive Planning Consultant

Location: Remote/SFO, CA

Contract role.

• Lead and support the Workday implementation project for Zuora.
• Focus on 70% Workday Financial Operations and 30% Workday HRIS/HCM.
• Configure and optimize Workday Financials modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Expenses, and Financial Reporting.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional Workday solutions.
• Configure business processes, security, reporting, and workflows.
• Support integrations, data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), and production deployment.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, HR, and technical teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Develop functional documentation and provide end-user training and post-go-live support.
• Identify process improvements and recommend best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Workday Functional consulting experience.
• Minimum of 2 full-cycle Workday Financials implementation projects.
• Strong expertise in Workday Financial Management.
• Working knowledge of Workday HCM/HRIS.
• Experience with Workday reporting, security, EIB, and Core Connectors.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Workday Financials Certification and SaaS industry experience are preferred.
