The Role • Engage in practical phases at a company near you. • Specialize in one of four key areas: Childhood Pedagogy, Social Work with Adults, Child and Youth Welfare, or School-Related Social Work. • Gain practical insights into areas such as socio-psychiatric support, educational assistance, and pedagogical school support. • Support colleagues in practical, goal-oriented, and pedagogical guidance within clients' individual living environments, family life, and upbringing. • Work within a well-regarded educational institution known for its practical approach. What You'll Need • (Technical) high school diploma, a qualified vocational qualification, or a state-certified technician/business administrator qualification. • German language proficiency (B2 level). • Diligence, responsibility, and discretion. • Empathy, compassion, enjoyment of working with people, and resilience. • Previous experience in a voluntary social year (FSJ), federal volunteer service, or other volunteer work is a plus.
