• *The Role**
• Lead the technical development of radar and radar data processing software for air traffic control systems.
• Conduct technical investigations for new feature development and customer-requested changes.
• Create and maintain technical specifications and documentation for customer deliverables and internal processes.
• Provide support to field teams during the rapid deployment of radar systems.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required (less than 15%).

• *What You'll Need**
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in mission-critical industries (e.g., aerospace, defense, medical, transportation).
• Familiarity with the development of safety-critical software systems.
• Experience with server software application development, particularly in Linux environments.
• Experience with data processing and tool development using MATLAB.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
