Job Description:
We are looking for a Full Time Customer Account Manager responsible for designing, delivering, and driving the implementation of Client s Customer Ecommerce presence. The Customer Account Manager will rely on close collaboration with the internal team members to ensure that the ecommerce website is delivering an optimum experience for customers.

Requirements:
The Customer Account Manager must be self-driven with a positive attitude and a strong interest in providing Customer Support.
Responsible for implementation of potential customers' ecommerce site setups
Implement and review new ecommerce site launches, product updates, site refreshes, promotions, etc.
Some experience with design tools including Canvas and Adobe Photoshop
Some experience creating website assets such as banners and image tiles
Portfolio demonstrating website design work particularly in e-commerce
Building landing pages in HTML/CSS is a plus
Customer Training/Support
Conduct thorough QA of site content to ensure a high-quality client experience across mobile and desktop.
Experience in marketing operations and workflows designed to support creative, campaign, trade, or other digital activities preferred.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
Independent, digitally minded, multi-tasking, and goal oriented.
Time management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work with cross functional teams.
Entrepreneurial mind set.
This position is primarily located in the Chicago, IL area. Our diverse team strives for perfection, and you should feel comfortable working under minimal supervision.
