We're hiring on behalf of a leading energy infrastructure company focused on expanding and modernizing the power grid. This organization plays a crucial role in achieving climate protection goals and driving the energy transition through its complex projects.

The Role

• Assembling steel structures for medium, high, and extra-high voltage substations (up to 380kV).
• Installing high-voltage and medium-voltage equipment and electrical systems.
• Mounting components such as high-voltage clamps, suspension, and support insulators.
• Performing assembly and disassembly of bolted and pressed connections, including pipe and cable installation.
• Documenting site plans with red markings.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in metalworking, e.g., as a Metalworker, Industrial Mechanic, Construction Mechanic, or Plant Mechanic.
• Proven experience in metalworking, ideally within construction, mechanical engineering, energy technology, or manufacturing.
• Familiarity with electrical systems is an advantage.
• A valid driver's license (Class B) and willingness to travel to project sites.
• Readiness for regular on-site assignments, including overnight stays.
• Good German language skills and an independent, motivated work ethic.
