3. Agile/Scrum & Stakeholder Collaboration: Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum, Azure DevOps, or Jira; facilitating sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and collaboration between business and technical teams.
4. Application Modernization & Data Migration: Experience modernizing legacy enterprise applications, cloud platforms (Azure), technical integrations, large-scale data conversion testing, and business process improvement.
