Job Description

The Opportunity

As a Business Development Executive, you'll ensure our products are always visible, always available, and always creating great experiences for customers. You'll uncover new business opportunities, strengthen partnerships, and drive growth across your territory.

This is a fast-paced, field sales role, with daily travel across the region of Dandenong, Dandenong South, Endeavour Hills, Doveton, Keysborough, supporting and servicing our customers. If you're driven, commercial, and love being out in the market, this is where you'll make a real impact.

This role is offered on a permanent, full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your territory
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with existing customers
  • Monitor competitor activity and customer trends to provide insights and sharpen market decisions
  • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure product availability and promotional success
  • Deliver regular reporting on sales performance, opportunities, and market intelligence
About You

You are results-driven with a strong focus on sales, service, and high-quality execution.

In addition, you will be:

  • A valid Australian driver's licence holder with a willingness to travel throughout the territory
  • Strong communicator with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships
  • Organised, strategic, and confident in planning and prioritising work
  • Problem-solver who turns challenges into opportunities
  • Resilient, energetic, and able to thrive through change
  • FMCG, retail, or convenience experience is an advantage (not essential)
