At WSP, we're helping clients solve some of the world's most complex challenges through technology, data and digital innovation. We're looking for an exceptional leader to take the helm of our Australian Digital business and help shape the future of Digital across our region.

As Director, you'll lead a team of approximately 90 digital professionals, own a significant P&L, drive strategic growth, and represent Australia within WSP's Global Digital Leadership team. This is a rare opportunity to influence digital strategy at both a national and international level while leading a business focused on digital advisory, software services, data science, digital engineering and technology-enabled transformation.

The Opportunity

This is more than a leadership role.

You'll define the strategy, culture and commercial success of WSP Digital across Australia while connecting regional priorities with WSP's global digital vision. You'll drive growth, build market-leading client relationships, shape major pursuits and lead high-performing teams that deliver meaningful outcomes for some of Australia's most significant organisations.

Working closely with Advisory and business leaders across WSP, you'll champion innovation, strengthen capability and position WSP as a trusted digital advisor in a rapidly evolving market.

What You'll Do

• Set and execute the strategic direction for WSP Digital in Australia.
• Own business performance, including revenue, profitability, growth and investment priorities.
• Build a sustainable pipeline of opportunities across Digital Advisory, Data & AI, Digital Engineering,
• Software Services and Technology Consulting.
• Drive Client Growth
• Develop executive-level relationships with key clients and partners.
• Lead major pursuits, proposals and market-facing initiatives.
• Expand WSP's reputation as a trusted, innovative digital partner.
• Inspire High Performance
• Lead and develop a team of digital leaders and specialists.
• Create an inclusive, collaborative and high-performing culture.
• Build future capability through mentoring, talent development and strategic recruitment.
• Shape the Future
• Represent Australia in the development of WSP's Global Digital Strategy.
• Connect capability, resources and innovation opportunities across the region.
• Bring global expertise and best practice to local market opportunities.

About You

You're a commercially minded digital leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, technology and business growth.

You'll bring:

• Significant executive leadership experience within digital consulting, technology or professional services.
• Proven ownership of a P&L and responsibility for business growth and performance.
• A strong track record of winning work, developing client relationships and leading major pursuits.
• Experience building and scaling digital businesses, delivery models and operating frameworks.
• The ability to lead across a complex, global and matrixed environment.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills.

While you don't need deep technical expertise across every discipline, you'll have the credibility and commercial judgement to lead teams delivering digital transformation, cloud, data, cyber and technology-enabled solutions.
