The Role

• Manage and mentor a team of Product Marketing Associates.
• Review and direct creative assets for catalog layouts, web pages, flyers, stuffers, and emails.
• Act as a key liaison between Merchandising and Creative for new product selection.
• Maintain clear communication regarding new and existing product development and web marketing.
• Conceptualize product positioning by understanding existing offerings and customer perspectives.
• Analyze market research and internal reports to forecast product trends and marketing strategies.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree.
• 7+ years of experience in marketing, product management, or new product development with a proven track record.
• Experience in sourcing or selecting new products.
• Prior catalog experience is a significant plus.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
