Looking to work both sides of the business — buyers and sellers — without building your own systems from scratch? Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender
Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers
Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction
Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close
At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends
S. driver’s license and can travel by car
Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success
Outstanding customer service
Ability to work flexible hours as the schedule is determined by client needs (most often landing on weekends and evenings)
Real Estate license in Oregon or Washington, or in the process of obtaining a license
