Job Description

• We are looking for an experienced Principal SolutionDesigner with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices,Cloud, and Enterprise Architecture to drive solution design andtechnology strategy for large-scale digital transformation programs. Theideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects,delivery teams, and clients to define scalable, secure, andhigh-performing solutions aligned with enterprise goals.
  
• The role requires deep technical expertise, architecturalleadership, stakeholder management, and hands-on experience designingmodern, cloud-native applications.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design for enterprise applicationsand digital transformation initiatives.
  
• Define architectural blueprints, solution patterns, andtechnology roadmaps.
  
• Design scalable, resilient, secure, and high-performancemicroservices-based applications.
  
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions andarchitecture designs.
  
• Develop HLDs, LLDs, integration specifications, andarchitecture artifacts.
  
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards andbest practices.
  

Technology Leadership

• Provide technical leadership for Java, Spring Boot, andMicroservices implementations.
  
• Guide development teams on architecture principles, designpatterns, coding standards, and best practices.
  
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoptionstrategies.
  
• Drive application modernization initiatives, includingmonolith-to-microservices transformation.
  
• Design cloud-native solutions using AWS, Azure, or GoogleCloud.
  
• Architect APIs, event-driven systems, and distributedapplication ecosystems.
  
• Define integration strategies involving REST APIs, messagingplatforms, and third-party systems.
  
• Design containerized solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.
  

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, enterprisearchitects, and delivery teams.
  
• Conduct architecture reviews and solution workshops.
  
• Present technical solutions to customers, executives, andgovernance boards.
  
• Influence technology decisions across programs and portfolios.
  

Quality, Security & Governance

• Ensure adherence to architecture governance, securitypolicies, and compliance standards.
  
• Conduct architecture reviews, design reviews, and code qualityassessments.
  
• Define non-functional requirements including scalability,performance, reliability, and availability.
  
• Support DevSecOps and CI/CD implementation strategies.
  
• Participate in solution estimation, RFP responses, andtechnical proposal creation.
  
• Support customer presentations, architecture discussions, andsolution demonstrations.
  
• Contribute to effort estimation and delivery planning.
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, InformationTechnology, Engineering, or related discipline.
  
• 14+ years of experience in software development and enterprisesolution architecture.
  
• Minimum 5+ years of experience designing distributed andmicroservices-based systems.
  
• Proven track record in leading architecture and design forlarge enterprise programs.
  
• Experience working in global delivery and consultingenvironments.
