Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Lead Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Broomfield, CO. This role will provide manufacturing engineering leadership for a complex hardware program, integrating manufacturing efforts across multiple subsystems and ensuring the program progresses from development through production with a focus on manufacturability, quality, schedule, cost, and production readiness.
The Lead Manufacturing Engineer will serve as the primary manufacturing engineering interface for the program, coordinating with subsystem engineering teams, systems engineering, supply chain, quality, production, technicians, and program leadership. This individual will establish and drive manufacturing readiness activities across the full program, identify and mitigate manufacturing risks, and ensure subsystem efforts are aligned with overall program requirements and production objectives. The ideal candidate is comfortable working at both the systems level and deep within individual manufacturing challenges and can translate complex technical requirements into executable manufacturing processes.
