Keep our Case Management System and client portals up to date with clean records
Handle post-sale tasks like preparing deeds, processing surplus funds, and filing confirmations
Pitch in with electronic filings, mailings, and day-to-day admin tasks as needed

A Paralegal Certificate, Associate Degree, or related legal education
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational habits
Clear, friendly communication skills—both written and verbal
The ability to juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat in a busy environment
A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently while being a great team player
Work Environment
This is an office-based role where you will be on the computer a lot, often managing multiple systems and screens at once.
