Role Overview

Tavant Technologies is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to drive enterprise sales and revenue growth across Generative AI, AI/ML, Data Engineering, Analytics, and cloud transformation services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise sales, new business development, and closing large enterprise deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Generate qualified leads, acquire new enterprise clients, and expand existing accounts.
• Build strategic client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Sell AI/ML, Generative AI, Data Engineering, Analytics, and cloud transformation solutions.
• Present technical solutions and collaborate with technical, marketing, and delivery teams to address client needs.
• Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and reporting using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Represent Tavant at industry events and client meetings; travel as required.

Mandatory Skills

• 7 10 years of experience in enterprise sales or business development, preferably in technology services.
• Experience selling AI/ML, Generative AI, Data Engineering, Analytics, or cloud solutions.
• Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close large enterprise deals.
• Strong client relationship management, consultative selling, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand and communicate technical solutions to business and technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Experience with CRM tools; Salesforce knowledge preferred.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field preferred.
