Job Description – Java Backend Developer
Location: Plano, TX (In-Person Interview)
W2 Only
Role Overview:
Value Technology is seeking seasoned J2EE backend Developers with strong experience.
Key Responsibilities
•     Design and develop enterprise-grade, scalable, distributed applications.
•     Develop applications using J2EE design patterns.
•     Design, develop, and consume REST APIs and Microservices.
•     Develop unit and integration test cases
•     Work with relational and NoSQL databases.
•     Participate in Agile ceremonies and use tools such as Jira and Git.
•     Work with distributed systems and messaging platforms such as Kafka.
•     Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes.
Expertise:
•     PostgreSQL
•     Spring Boot
•     Eclipse/Intellij/VS code
•     REST
•     Strong Apache Kafka
