Field Service Engineer

Location: Yorkshire (Field-Based)
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £16.50 per hour (rising to £17.50 after 6-month probation)
Hours: Monday to Friday (Overtime Available)

We are recruiting a Field Service Engineer to join a growing service team covering the Yorkshire region. This is a varied, hands-on role where you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing a range of mechanical and electrical equipment at customer sites.

This opportunity is ideal for engineers with a strong multi-skilled background who enjoy working independently in the field and delivering high levels of customer service.

• Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on-site
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and implement effective solutions
• Deliver high levels of customer service while representing the business
• Complete job reports and documentation accurately
• Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety standards
• Manage your own workload and schedule effectively across the Yorkshire area

• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge (essential)
• Previous experience in a field service or maintenance engineering role
• Ability to fault-find and problem solve independently
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach
• Full UK driving licence
• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously

• £16.50 per hour, rising to £17.50 after successful probation
