Job Description

Cross Environmental Services Inc. is seeking a highly qualified Project Supervisor with specialized expertise in demolition. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of project management within the demolition and hazardous materials sectors.

The Project Supervisor will be responsible for organizing, budgeting, and coordinating demolition activities while ensuring adherence to safety regulations and compliance standards. Responsibilities include overseeing selective and full-scale demolition projects, managing the procurement and delivery of materials, and ensuring that all work meets project specifications and timelines.

The candidate will collaborate with various teams to ensure that project goals are achieved efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. Proficiency in project scheduling and job cost management is essential to drive projects to completion within budget and on time.

  • Demonstrated experience in project management, specifically in demolition.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard project management software, including Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex information succinctly.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
