The Role

• Provide comprehensive nursing care, including fundamental and treatment-based care, adhering to high professional and interdisciplinary standards.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and facilitate the transfer of nursing science knowledge from theory to practice.

• Develop evidence-based nursing concepts and contribute to the continuous improvement of nursing practices.

What You'll Need

• Certified nursing qualification (e.g., Registered Nurse) with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing Science, Advanced Nursing Practice, or a related field.
• Demonstrated motivation, commitment, and initiative in daily work.
• A high degree of responsibility and empathy in delivering patient care.
• Experience in a hospital or rehabilitation setting is preferred.
• Proficiency in German language.
