Title: AI Adoption & Enablement Consultant
Duration: 8 Months
Location: Remote

Role Summary
Experienced AI Adoption & Enablement Consultant (Contractor) responsible for supporting organizational readiness, change execution, communications, learning, and enablement activities for AI products, platforms, copilots, agents, and related capabilities. This role helps accelerate sustained AI adoption by preparing stakeholder groups, building confidence, and embedding AI into day-to-day workflows.

Key Responsibilities
Change Strategy & Execution

• Conduct AI change impact assessments, readiness assessments, and stakeholder analyses.
• Develop adoption and change management plans for AI product launches and capability rollouts.
• Identify adoption risks, resistance points, behavior-change needs, and mitigation actions.
• Support leadership engagement, sponsorship alignment, and stakeholder mobilization activities.

Communications & Engagement

• Develop change management and communications plans, launch messaging, leader talking points, FAQs, and adoption campaign materials.
• Coordinate AI awareness activities, champion networks, office hours, and stakeholder engagement forums.
• Tailor messaging and enablement by persona, stakeholder group, and adoption maturity.
• Capture feedback loops to inform product, advisory, and enablement improvements.

Learning & Enablement

• Create persona-based learning journeys, training materials, playbooks, job aids, and self-service resources.
• Support AI onboarding for approved products, platforms, connectors, and capabilities.
• Deliver workshops, demos, enablement sessions, and adoption support forums.
• Measure training effectiveness, user confidence, and adoption acceleration following enablement activities.

Required Expertise
Change Management & Adoption

• Experience supporting organizational change for technology, digital workplace, or AI-enabled product rollouts.
• Familiarity with change management principles, adoption methods, and user-centered design.
• Demonstrated ability to drive behavior change beyond training completion.

Learning & Workforce Enablement

• Experience designing scalable learning programs, training assets, and enablement journeys.
• Understanding of adult learning, capability building, and workforce readiness practices.
• Ability to translate complex AI capabilities into practical, role-based guidance.

Communications & Stakeholder Engagement

• Strong writing, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
• Experience supporting global or matrixed stakeholder groups.
• Ability to balance strategic messaging with practical adoption execution.
• Demonstrates confidence and professionalism when engaging stakeholders and cross-functional teams on camera in virtual environments.
