We are seeking a motivated Operating Room Nurse to join a leading hospital group renowned for its specialization in surgery, orthopedics, and internal medicine. This facility, a key healthcare provider in Düsseldorf, is dedicated to providing excellent patient care across a wide range of surgical disciplines.

The Role

• Provide comprehensive surgical care in our high-performing OR, supporting general surgery, ENT, orthopedics, trauma, spinal surgery, vascular surgery, and angiology.
• Act as a key member of the interdisciplinary team, performing instrumenting, assisting, and "springer" duties during surgical procedures.
• Ensure seamless OR processes through trusted collaboration with specialized departments.
• Actively implement quality assurance measures to maintain high process and outcome standards.
• Contribute to a supportive and collaborative team environment.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as an OTA (Operating Room Assistant) or a registered nurse (m/f/d), preferably with specialized OR training or relevant OR experience.
• Structured, organized, and proactive work approach with a high degree of initiative.
• Excellent communication skills to foster a respectful and collegial team atmosphere.
• Commitment to achieving shared goals and upholding high standards of nursing and treatment quality.
• Willingness to participate in on-call services.
• Proof of measles immunization.
