The Role
At Brennan, we believe great sales is about people first,understanding challenges, building trust and delivering outcomes that genuinely matter.

We're looking for a commercially astute Business Development Manager who thrives on collaboration, values long term relationships and wants to play a meaningful role in helping organisations transform through technology.
What You'll Do

• Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities across mid-market, enterprise and government customers.
• Lead complex, consultative sales engagements from initial discovery through to successful close.
• Collaborate with technical, delivery and customer success teams to design and deliver tailored solutions.
• Drive opportunities across Brennan's portfolio, including Cloud, Infrastructure, Data & AI, Business Applications, Voice & Data, Telephony, Hardware and Software Development.
• Utilise your network, strategic vendor relationships and digital channels to build a strong, sustainable pipeline.
• Support and contribute to local marketing initiatives aligned with broader campaigns and brand objectives.

What You'll Bring

• Proven success in IT services, technology or consulting sales, with a strong track record of delivering results.
• Confidence engaging and presenting to senior executives and C-suite decision-makers.
• A consultative, customer-focused approach centred on business outcomes and long term value.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate and close complex, multi stakeholder sales opportunities.
• Experience within MSP, consulting or systems integration environments is highly regarded but not essential.
