The Role • Lead and coach the membership sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. • Recruit, train, and develop Membership Advisors, ensuring they are equipped with strong sales and customer service skills. • Implement and execute sales strategies, monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and provide action plans to close performance gaps. • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, driving continuous improvement and upholding the company mission of being "Member Obsessed Fitness Professionals." • Ensure exceptional member and guest experiences by overseeing club tours, membership presentations, and initial onboarding. • Collaborate with the General Manager and other department heads to strategize on sales goals and operational needs. What You'll Need • Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the fitness or a related industry. • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a passion for coaching and developing staff. • Proficiency in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring sales professionals. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. • Ability to analyze sales data, monitor KPIs, and develop effective action plans. • A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
