The Role • Prospect and qualify new business leads within an assigned territory using various outreach methods. • Conduct on-site assessments and present comprehensive service programs for uniform rental, floor care, and restroom facilities. • Develop customized proposals and secure multi-year service agreements with clients. • Maintain accurate client records and sales activity within the CRM system. • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new customers. What You'll Need • 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within the uniform rental, industrial supply, or facility services sectors. • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing the full sales cycle. • Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to take on feedback and coaching. • A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle. • Experience with CRM software for managing leads and customer interactions.
