Junior Systems Engineer

Required Skills:

• 0–3 years of IT/infrastructure experience
• Hands-on Linux command-line, logs, processes, services, permissions, and troubleshooting
• Basic AWS knowledge — compute, networking, IAM/access controls
• Python or Shell scripting and automation experience
• Git/source control and basic CI/CD knowledge
• Strong troubleshooting, verbal, and written communication
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent hands-on experience
• Willingness to participate in production support and on-call rotation

Preferred:

• Banking, payments, insurance, healthcare, telecom, MSP, or data center experience
• AWS certification, home labs, internships, academic/personal projects
• Recent technical graduates or military IT personnel
