MISSION :

This position will be responsible for driving organic traffic growth, improving website rankings, optimizing content for search engines and AI-driven search experiences, and leveraging data to improve digital performance.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

SEO Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
• Conduct keyword research and search intent analysis.
• Monitor and improve website rankings, organic traffic, and conversions.

Content SEO & GEO Optimization

• Create and optimize content strategies aligned with SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) best practices.
• Optimize content for both traditional search engines and AI-powered search experiences.
• Develop AI-search-friendly FAQs, knowledge content, topic clusters, and entity-based content structures.

AI Tools & Automation

• Use AI tools to enhance content research, optimization, and SEO workflows.
• Leverage tools such as:
  • Copilot
  • Claude
  • Gemini

Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor website performance using:
  • Google Search Console
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  • Google Tag Manager
• Track keyword rankings, traffic trends, CTR, impressions, engagement metrics, and conversions.
• Analyze competitor performance and identify opportunities for growth.

Technical SEO

• Manage crawl issues, indexing, Core Web Vitals, redirects, and website health.
• Monitor website performance and page speed optimization

We are looking for an experienced SEO Executive with 5+ years of hands-on expertise in search engine optimization, content-driven SEO strategies, and emerging AI-powered search optimization techniques. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of traditional SEO, content optimization, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), analytics, and AI tools that enhance search visibility and performance.

Must Have:

• 5+ years of proven SEO experience.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Expertise in:
  • Google Search Console
  • Google Analytics 4
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Keyword research and competitive analysis
• Hands-on experience with content optimization and SEO content strategy.
• Knowledge of GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AI-driven search visibility.
• Understanding technical SEO concepts.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
