Job description

Hydrogen Group in Sydney is seeking an AI Business Analyst to join a major transformation program on contract. You will work in a hybrid Sydney environment, bridging business problems with data and technology, applying AI in day-to-day BA work.

You'll apply Claude and other GenAI tools to develop requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria, critically assess AI outputs, and collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, QA and Data teams to deliver measurable business value.
