.NET / CRM Developer – Microsoft Dynamics 365

About the Role
Our IT Application Development Group is looking for a .NET / CRM Developer to join the team building and extending the enterprise applications that power our internal operations and fan-facing platforms. You'll work across .NET/C# backend services, React.js front ends, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment — developing customizations, integrations, and automations that connect our CRM within the broader Azure ecosystem.
What You'll Do
  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using C#, .NET, and React.js
  • Build and customize solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365, including entity customizations, plugins, workflows, and business rules
  • Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models for both SQL Server and Dataverse
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD deployments
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across the CRM and .NET application stack
Required Skills & Experience
  • 2–5 years of professional software development experience
  • Strong proficiency in C# and .NET (Framework/Core)
  • Hands-on experince React.js for front-end development
  • Solid SQL skills (query optimization, stored procedures, schema design)
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 development (plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript client-side scripting, entity/form customization)
  • Understanding of RESTful API design and integration patterns
  • Version control experience (Git)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field 
Nice to Have
  • Microsoft certifications - Dynamics 365
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments
