• Schedule: Full-Time
• Compensation: $50–$55/hour, based on experience
• Practice: General Dentistry
• Single Column 60 minute regular recall prophy 90 min SRP
• Patient Mix: PPO & Fee-for-Service

About the Company

All Smiles Dental Care is seeking a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our Phoenix team. We’re looking for a hygienist who values high-quality preventative care, patient education, and building long-term relationships with patients.

This is a PPO and fee-for-service practice, allowing our clinical team to focus on individualized treatment recommendations and a strong patient experience.

We operate as an DSO with a collaborative team of 1 Dentist, 2 hygienists, and 2 front office staff, dedicated to providing a supportive and patient-centered work environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive preventative and periodontal hygiene care
• Perform prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planning
• Complete periodontal charting and assess patients’ periodontal health on CareStack
• Take diagnostic radiographs as needed via Nomad
• Educate patients on oral health, home care, and recommended treatment
• Identify areas of concern and communicate findings with the doctor
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with doctors, dental assistants, and the front office team
• Help create a comfortable and positive experience for every patient

• Active Dental Hygiene License in Phoenix, AZ

• Local Anesthesia Certification (if applicable by state) 

• Current CPR/BLS Certification 

• Strong communication and patient education skills 

• Commitment to quality patient care 

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment 

Preferred 

• Experience with assisted hygiene models 
• Laser Certification

• Experience in PPO and Fee-for-Service environments 

• Experience with periodontal therapy 

• Experience with patient education and treatment acceptance 

• Bilingual skills 

• $50–$55/hour, based on experience
