Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UI/UX Developer with strong expertise in front-end development, user interface design, and user experience optimization.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience developing responsive, scalable, and user-friendly web applications using modern front-end technologies.

The candidate will work closely with UX designers, product managers, business analysts, and backend developers to translate business requirements and design prototypes into high-quality, functional user interfaces.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are specifically looking for a hands-on UI/UX Developer, not a candidate whose experience is limited to UI/UX design.

The candidate must possess strong front-end coding skills and be capable of independently developing functional user interfaces using React.js or Angular.

Important: Candidates with experience limited to Figma, Adobe XD, wireframing, prototyping, or graphic design, without hands-on front-end development experience, will not be considered for this position

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain responsive, interactive, and visually appealing web applications.

- Translate UI/UX wireframes, mockups, and prototypes into functional front-end components.

- Develop reusable UI components using React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.

- Collaborate with UX designers to implement intuitive user interfaces and seamless user experiences.

- Build responsive layouts using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

- Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.

- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

- Implement modern UI frameworks such as Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or Material UI.

- Ensure compliance with WCAG accessibility standards and UI/UX best practices.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum development activities, including sprint planning, code reviews, and daily standups.

- Troubleshoot and resolve UI-related issues and improve overall application performance.

- Maintain clean, reusable, well-documented, and maintainable code.

- Testing: Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress

- Methodologies: Agile, Scrum, CI/CD

- Accessibility: WCAG, ARIA, responsive design

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- 5+ years of professional experience in UI development or front-end application development.

- Strong hands-on experience with React.js or Angular.

- Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles, responsive web design, and usability.

- Experience converting Figma designs into pixel-accurate, production-ready interfaces.

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end architecture.

- Experience integrating RESTful APIs.

- Familiarity with browser compatibility, performance optimization, and accessibility standards.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working on enterprise-level web applications.

- Familiarity with design systems and reusable component libraries.

- Experience with Next.js or other modern front-end frameworks.

- Understanding of user research, usability testing, and interaction design.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
