The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics.
• Provide emergency breakdown support across the UK.
• Handle a variety of issues including battery, tyre, and complex fault finding.
• Offer quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members.
• Start and end your workday from your driveway.
• Contribute to a busy, fast-paced, and varied work environment.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A customer-focused approach and ability to reassure members.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Ability to think on your feet and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Adaptability to handle varied tasks and challenges daily.
