E/I Drafter

Position Summary
Join a dynamic Terminals, CO2, and Interconnect Drafting Services Group! As a CO2 Drafting Designer, you'll play a crucial role in supporting construction, engineering, and as-built projects across our business sectors: Terminals/CO2/Interconnects, Natural Gas, and Products/Midstream. Our team of 45+ professionals collaborates closely with Engineering, Operations, and Project Management teams to ensure high-quality project delivery. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and maintain engineering and design drawings using AutoCAD and CADWorx with minimal supervision.
• Create full design packages, including:
  • Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)
  • 3D Models
  • Isometric Drawings
  • Plot Plans
  • Material Lists and related documentation
• Support the execution of capital, maintenance, and as-built pipeline and facility projects.
• Coordinate multiple projects and assignments, ensuring schedule and priority adherence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define and execute design requirements.
• Assist with project scoping, estimating, and ensure drafting standards and quality assurance.
• Enhance drafting processes, procedures, and standards to increase efficiency, quality, and customer service.
• Support ongoing performance, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain clear and timely communication regarding expectations, milestones, and reporting.
• Promote strong working relationships and open communication across departments.

Required Qualifications:
Education:

• Associate degree in Drafting, Design Technology, Engineering Technology, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent industry experience considered in lieu of formal education.

Experience & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency with AutoCAD and CADWorx.
• Strong understanding of construction, operation, and maintenance of CO2/natural gas pipeline facilities.
• Industrial plant/facility design experience (compressor stations, pump stations, meter stations, PSM facilities, high-pressure gas systems, and equipment).
