This role is crucial for developing robust security principles, standards, and design patterns to protect enterprise-wide multi-cloud and on-premises environments. The ideal candidate will be a thought leader in infrastructure security, collaborating across teams to implement cutting-edge architectural guidelines. • Define and recommend cybersecurity policies, standards, procedures, and guardrails for multi-cloud and on-premises infrastructure. • Lead the development of secure design patterns and gain adoption across product and enterprise engineering teams. • Provide complex risk analysis and propose innovative security solutions for information systems. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and scalable release processes with security integrated. • Research and evaluate emerging security trends, threats, and technologies to recommend appropriate solutions. • Engage with business and engineering teams to define guardrails that promote seamless adoption of secure design patterns. • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 8 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Minimum of 4 years of dedicated experience in cybersecurity. • Practical expertise in securing AWS cloud infrastructure and services, as well as on-premises infrastructure. • Strong knowledge of current cybersecurity and technology architectures (e.g., zero trust, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, containerization). • Experience initiating change and deploying solutions in large-scale environments (e.g., Fortune 1000 companies). • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., ISO 27000, NIST) and relevant industry regulations. • Competitive base salary in the range of $148,500.00 - $247,500.00. • Flexible paid time off policy, allowing employees to take as much vacation as they deem consistent with their duties. • Comprehensive benefits package including paid holidays, wellness days, and additional paid leave for various life events. • Opportunity to work with a leading organization on critical security initiatives.
