Position Summary

Seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer specializing in ConnectWise RMM implementation and endpoint management migrations. The consultant will lead the customer's transition from GoTo Resolve to ConnectWise RMM, including environment assessment, platform configuration, endpoint onboarding, agent deployment, monitoring policy development, testing, documentation, and knowledge transfer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the migration from GoTo Resolve to ConnectWise RMM.
• Assess existing endpoint management infrastructure.
• Configure ConnectWise RMM monitoring and management capabilities.
• Develop and execute agent deployment procedures.
• Configure patch management and automated maintenance policies.
• Troubleshoot endpoint registration and connectivity issues.
• Recreate required monitoring policies and automation workflows.
• Validate the production environment.
• Train internal IT administrators.
• Provide technical documentation and implementation handoff.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Windows systems administration experience.
• Hands-on ConnectWise RMM implementation experience.
• Experience migrating between RMM platforms.
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills.
• Experience with Active Directory, GPO, and endpoint deployment.
• Knowledge of endpoint patch management and monitoring.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• Ability to independently manage a customer-facing implementation.
