Job Description – Performance Tester
Location: Columbus, OH
Employment Type: Contract
Must Have Banking/Finance Domain
Required Skills
Minimum 5 years of experience in Performance Testing.
Strong experience with LoadRunner, JMeter, Neoload, or similar performance testing tools.
Expertise in performance monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, Grafana, or similar.
Experience testing web applications, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
Strong knowledge of SQL and database performance tuning concepts.
Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments and scripting.
Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Banking/Financial Services domain.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
Understanding of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
Relevant performance testing certifications are a plus.
